RECIPE NO.1

ALBERT BISCUITS

Ingredients :

-125 Gr. butter

-4 Eggs

-250 Gr. sugar

– A package of vanilla sugar

A baking soda (in the interwar period was called DR.Oetkers backpulver).

Preparation :

Mix well with the butter, add the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar and finally the flour mixed with baking powder.

It is not very thin dough, and cut with a glass slivers that stings with a knitting needle or older pressing a grater. Place slices thus prepared in a pan greased with butter and bake in the oven and kept in a tin box, tightly closed.

These biscuits are a good food for children. So be prepared biscuits in the days Grandma …

RECIPE NO.2

BISCUITS ANASON

Ingredients :

-3 Eggs

– 150 gr. sugar

– 100 gr. wheat flour

– A package of vanilla sugar

-Anise

Preparation :

Mix eggs with sugar mixed with vanilla sugar until whiten. They add flour, then place small piles spoon and greased wax (?). Sprinkle over them and bake anise in an oven not too hot. When ready, remove with a thin knife and bend the handle of a spoon still hot. If you somehow have hardened put back in oven until softened.

RETETA NR.3

CREMA DE MERE

Ingrediente:

– 1/2 Kg. mere. curatate felii, apa, zahar

Pentru crema:

-1/4 litru lapte

– 2 galbenusuri

-2 albusuri batute

-50 gr. zahar

-un pachetel zahar vanilat

-1 lingurita Dr. Oetker’s vanillin Puding pulver sau faina fina de cartofi

– visine sau ciresi, eventual coaje de portocale.

Preparare:

Se evaporeaza feliile de mere cu putina apa si zahar, pana ce se sticlesc merele, fara sa fiarba ca sa se desfaca. Dupa ce se racesc se pun intr-o farfuri de sticla , si se toarna peste ele urmatoarea crema: Se bate cu batatorul  de albus lapte, galbenusele, zahar, zahar vanilat, praf de budinca vanilat sau praf de cartofi; se bat pe foc  pana se ingroase. Dupa ce se raceste crema se amesteca cu albusul batut a 2 oua. Cine vrea poate sa parfumeze cu putina coaje de portocale sau sa amestece crema cu visine sau ciresi.

Se seveste cu biscuituri sau cakes.
